Re: How about some pics of Static Dropped C-10's

You will just need the correct proportioning valve at your master cylinder. one off a 71 or 72 will work

You got it. Personally I think 4/6 just for the alignment issues. But 1/2" should not do much.

My 67 CST
Truck was already lowered when I got it. ECE components. Look about like a 4/5 or so. Today removed the 17's and put on the new Ridler 645 20's.

Talking Re: How about some pics of Static Dropped C-10's

I still need to get some better pics but I swapped my 2" lower front springs with cpp's 3" lower. Was concerned about issue some have had but everything worked out great and the turning radius decreased which was nice. I do plan on going to a 3/4 length header soon and routing my exhaust for clearance. Got rid of the gap above the front tire tho and I don't feel sick looking at it anymore. Lol
The last pic was the day I traded for it. Altho it's hard to prolly tell, the truck is night and day different. No more air shocks, squeaking, bouncing, stalling, overheating, brake problems... This thing doesn't miss a beat and has never left me stranded. We've grown close.

Re: How about some pics of Static Dropped C-10's

Rob, where do you get a 3.5" dropped spring and how does it ride up front?

ECE 4.5"/6" drop on my Blazer.

I would love to go an extra inch all the way around to really set off the looks but I think it will be a mistake for as much as I drive the truck. It rides really nice right now and I have only scrubbed the inner fenders once on a big freeway bump and only hit the axel on the frame twice going over train tracks.

Not to mention I am going to add LT headers and I think I will end up dragging the collectors.
This is EXACTLY the look I'm looking for, where did you get your wheels, any problem with theback space & what offset did you go with? awesome truck

Steve - I cut a half of a coil off of the front springs. The ride stayed about the same.

A half coil off of a 2" or 3" dropped spring? My Blazer has too much wheel gap for me, but I am trying to stay away from bags on this one.
