Re: Project Roxy

Man, that's really looking good! As much as I liked it with the steelies before, I really like the look of the Vintecs on your truck. I've been trying to talk myself out of wanting some of those for my old heap. Keep up the great work!

Re: Project Roxy

Thanks guys..

I did the same with the vintecs. Keep telling myself it wasn't worth it. I have a friend that gave me a good deal on the fronts and I spoke to a board member and ordered the rears on a good deal. Then, something I've always wanted were the big brake upgrade. After, it was all said and done, I'm very happy with the stance of the truck so far.

Oh and the Porterbuilt stuff is worth every penny!

Re: Project Roxy

Killer ride. Those vintecs really light up the paint in a different way than the black walls would have. Can't wait to see it all done!

Re: Project Roxy

I've been checking out the pictures of this truck through the PB Facebook page, but decided to wander over and watch the progress here. Love the color and new look! Amazing how far you've come! SUBSCRIBED!

Re: Project Roxy

No. A friend that has done paint and body for years and has worked on other trucks of mine is going to do it at the end of the month.

I could probably figure it, but with the cost of materials I don't want to chance it.

Re: Project Roxy

Thanks guys.. Paint was a huge decision making process for me. Alot of options were thrown on the table. However, after all the money and time spent on the rolling chassis, I thought it would only do it justice to put a nice paint job on it.
