is that a Painless Circuit Boss Mike? If so....be careful with that rubber top/seal. Nothing but resistance/friction to hold them in place and somehow mine fell off during a test run. Luckily they sell replacements, I think at $7 ea.
Otherwise I think they are a great alternative to a new complete harness....have all my new power circuits on one too!

Thanks, It is definetly a huge learning experience. Wiring is my single weakest point when doing a restoration.

Actually, I used the list of parts and suppliers HERE. I added 4 more circuits recommended by USMCchevy.

Sure, No problem. I used THIS from lt1swap.com and combined the diagram from Ben HERE

The lt1swap.com uses 3 fuses for all the circuits. I think Ben (usmcchevy) design his diagram after the oem fuse setup. All I did was copy what these guys did.

Sweet. Good plan- fused like stock. That's one of the downsides to the lt1 swap guide. This way is much better for troubleshooting should the need arise...

Small update. I made a few parts to help mount my fuel supply line. I'm hoping there won't be any issues with this route I took. If there is well.....just have to change it I guess

Then I cut up the two piece driveshaft so I could get a one piece made. Got it made last week, it fits perfect. (thanks Scott62!)

Then used a heavy duty drill and a 4" dia. hole saw to cut holes for the exhaust to pass through. I used Ben's(usmcchevy) method to keep the saw from walking off. It still takes some holding on to it tight.
Got my new mufflers in and should have my pipes in tomorrow. I will be building the exhaust next week. My plan is to get this thing to the point of running before I get to the new cab......more on that in the near future.

Any concerns with the fuel line running close to the exhaust? Vapor lock sucks...

Thanks. Yes I have concerns about it but I have it as far away as I can get it without going a different route. My other plan is to add a heat shield or wrap the line with some heat tape. I really don't think it will be an issue but we'll see.

I went in search of some LS1 manifold connector flange and drop down collectors at local salvages and online with no luck. So I stopped by a local scrap metal yard and picked up some 3/8 steel plates for $11- 2 plates.
Then made a quick model of the flanges. After that ran them on the CNC mill.

More fabrication:
3/8 plate setup on the manual to drill the holes
