Re: Post "Your" 4x4 pic here..........
word of advice to all: take good care of your truck
I was excited to have mine to the point of being able to drive and wated to drive it every chance I got.............so since I commute 18 miles one way to work and the cost of gas what it is I decided why not enjoy the drive every day to work and gt some fun from my gas expenditures..............bad decision. I should have been driving the old beater that I am back in now that morning and kept my pride and joy home. I had actualy set myself up mentaly for just wjhat happened.................I thought months ago "what if i hit a deer..................I should just slam on the brakes and minimize damage by diminishing speed..................so when i came around that corner that is exactly what I did. and i set it into a slide out of control.

Re: Post "Your" 4x4 pic here..........
from the look of it on the picture you should be able to fix that by just putting on new sheetmetal .
i heared from someone in germany who invented ultrasone wissles that work when the wind pass them that scare off deer , he heares you comming before freese up in the headlights

Re: Post "Your" 4x4 pic here..........
Well PRG MACHINE she looks almost good as new. That's the great thing about these good ol'trucks made of steel, they can always be fixed !!! I was gonna offer you a '69 front end off one I'm parting out but I see you found another '67-'68. I'm in Newberg between Salem and Portland what part of the state are you in ? We just got home from buying groceries at Winco and there are two red does across the road grazing and there was one laying dead out on the 5 this afternoon. I love the deer but there are a lot of folks hitting them, about 15 on our road in the last 4 years !
