The seats are made by Distinctive Industries and are called Touring II. They make alot of variations but you can't custom order, and I was looking for the Chevy color from the late 60s called medium blue. The color is slightly metallic. http://www.distinctiveindustries.com...ales-Sheet.pdf Distinctive Industries also makes Procar Rally seats by Scat which you can find at Summit in many styles, but not in Medium Blue. One thing I learned about using these seats is the bottom bolsters make getting in and out a little challenging. It helps that my truck is dropped. |

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
Went from this to this on both sides. Happy to finally get all the holes in the doors fixed. Also, last weekend I changed out my hydroboost unit and the brakes are finally working right. They were very “grabby” when it got warmed up. Found a leak, apparently air was getting in the system.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
Great job using the period correct power window switches! I added power windows to my 64 and plan on swapping out the supplied switches with period correct power window switches too.

Re: What did you do to your truck today part IV
thank you!! these switches are from nu-relics...I had do some brain storming to mount them in the A pillar because of no access from behind. life would have been a lot simpler mounting them in the door panel.i could have used the 73-87 switches with spring clips in the A pillar....but I like the 60s style switches also...and I like the late 50s caddy touch mounted in the A pillar.
