Just got word that the cowl piece, grille, and hood were bead blasted, and that Josh primed all three. I'm super excited. Pics tomorrow FINALLY

Re: Project: 1967 C10 Small Window
Thanks! I wish they had taken pictures right when they were back from getting blasted because the front edge wasn't in that great of shape and Josh had to do a good amount of welding.
Thanks! Thanks! I'll hopefully shoot the hood in high build tomorrow and get it blocked out and ready to go. Everything's super straight now so it shouldn't take much. In fact, I just looked the grille and cowl over really well and they're already perfect... Last edited by David67; 05-14-2012 at 07:02 PM. |

Re: Project: 1967 C10 Small Window
David67, a question, those wheels that you have placed, are identified by a particular denomination. I mean if anything at the time of entrusting them to the store with that name you are referring to them?.

Let me know if this is not what you're asking. My hood is sanded, straight, and just about ready for the final coats. The weather's been kinda iffy lately but I hope to have the cowl, hood, and grille in color sometime this week! |

Re: Project: 1967 C10 Small Window
I think he is asking the size of the rims and tires also?!?!!? The hood looks sweet. Guess you are in town for a while?

Re: Project: 1967 C10 Small Window
Looks nice, might I ask what brand primer, high build, and paint you are using? It looks like it does the job good.

Re: Project: 1967 C10 Small Window
Thanks it does! The primer and high build are Shop-Line and the color and clear are PPG. I can give you all the numbers to what I'm using specifically if you would like.
