That looks great. Very in touch with the look and feel of the truck!

Re: Brave or crazy? crewcab build
I like it! I personally think a bench seat in the back would look better but that looks really cool too!

Re: Brave or crazy? crewcab build
I worked on the front edge of the 4th door today i wanted it to look as factory as possible so i came up with a plan.
First another passenger door had to be sacrificed for the rear edge. I only needed an inch of it so I cut it in half then cut out what I needed. |

Re: Brave or crazy? crewcab build
I still needed a double layer so I cut another 1 inch strip section from the first passenger door I cut up then slid one inside the other.
Then I fit it to the door and cut it to fit. |

Re: Brave or crazy? crewcab build
then I set the gap and welded the seam thats as far as I got still have to weld the inside when I take the door off. Now I have a factory style pinch weld on the front edge of the 4th door.

Re: Brave or crazy? crewcab build
Great build!!!Just when you think it couldnt get any better you do something to improve on what you've done!!And I agree, the bench seat in the back looks really cool.
