Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
It's a fancy truck as well as heavy. Doesn't have the big back window, though. I don't think I see big block hood vents, either. But I like them all!

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
Several years ago I posted pictures of my heavy 60 in road tractor config, and pictures of a blueish green one that I thought was like mine....I finally stopped and talked to the owner and it turns out it is a GMC 5500 with factory V config Diesel in it.....it is not a Detroit ... Painted Ford blue. Might be a toroflow? IDK I have never seen one .. .interesting truck . I got some pictures . Just need to get them uploaded from my phone and I will share them.

You can upload them from your phone.
That's how I do everything here.

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
Best I can do right now. The green with white top c60 near the begining of the album goes with the final 3 photos.(which are really bad).. but it is an interesting truck for sure https://www.flickr.com/gp/40438990@N07/Et055W

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
A little too much stuff in the way for me to tell, but I do know that they put Toro-Flows in some of those trucks.

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
That's a Toro-Flow, no question. They look like GMC V-6's, but both intake and exhaust manifolds are on the outboard side of he heads.

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
Beautiful example of a Heavy Medium.
I just wish they put 6V-53's in those trucks back then. Or maybe even 4-71's ??

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
Yeah, a 4-71 would fit. It would be neat to stretch one to fit a 6-71...or 12V!!

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
Nice '62 Wrecker.
Nice Heavy Front Axle too. GW says 11,000. That has to be for just the truck itself. Could have a GVW of about 25,00 to 30,000.

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
Saw this the other day, glad someone decided to make one:
http://m2machines.blogspot.com/2017/...y-from-m2.html From what I understand, there will be many versions besides this one with a custom pickup bed.

Re: 67-72 C/K/T-40's-90's!
Drove this the other day, '75 C60 with a 366, 5-speed and 2-speed rear (stuck in low). I had a blast hauling about 300 bushels of corn into the Co-Op!
