Looks like a tension adder or maybe an idler pulley there.

These 1968 50th anniversary trucks are rare in Canada. This is the first I have seen in any condition, outside of this forum. Wish I had the room for it.

After some are fetching $1100-1200. Mine sold for more than he's asking and were not powder coated. Looks like they were listed in the Blazer and Suburban parts for sale area and sold this morning.

I think someone is casting repops but they are for cosmetic use only. The real ones are forged and can be used for their intended purpose.

don't think so.. doesn't line up with the lights very well.. maybe GMC?

I like the expanded metal radiator protection though

this is the most common GM part I've seen for Chevy grills anyway, p/n 993738

and I believe there is a GMC grill variation of this factory guard out there, anyone have that p/n?

mounted on previous owner's truck, note it clears grill mounted lights as well..

I really like that C20 Cheyenne Super! I checked out that olive green 1971 since its local to me on Sunday. That truck wasn't quite what I was looking for but seem to run and drive nice.

That is a Luverne cattle guard made in Luverne Minn.Lot of dealers here sold them.
