I don't know. I got a great deal for the Th350 with the converter off CL.
It's a Summit with a B&M Shift Kit.

I have the floor hump out, so there's lots of clanging and clunking.

Tie all that stuff down, install the tunnel cover and hood and get out there and do a big smokey burnout for us..

Got the low Hump bolted in.
Then put floor pad down, then the rubber floormat.

I'll see if I can get the hood on tomorrow.

Re: Lost My 65

Thank you.
I'm just busting to get it all back together.
I'll have a lot of misc details that I'll need to go back and button down,
but that's okay, I'll take care of those things when the weather gets nice.

Re: Lost My 65

Drove it around some.
(Sorry to disappoint you, Chris, but I won't be doing any purposeful burnouts anytime soon.)
.
So, driving it around today I notice a vibration that fades in and out. It's not a consistent
vibration at a given speed. It's the worst at about 38 mph. But it's not a consistent vibration at 38 mph, but rather; it resonates in and out while driving at 38 mph.
.
I'm currently reading up on the issue.

Re: Lost My 65

In this case, I'm just going to take it to a good driveshaft / axel shop and have them balance the whole Drivetrain.
It's something once done, I'll never have to do again.
.
I'm really happy with my accomplishments with this project. When I was a kid, I had the knowledge and experience of my Grandpa, My Dad, My Uncle, and my Brother in Law.
With that and these forums, I'm very pleased with what I've been able to accomplish so far.
.
Beings I have everything all put back together,
I'm going to move onto my Fitech EFI install.

Re: Lost My 65

Started the FiTech install.
Bolting up and linkage are as simple as a carb swap.
I already had a spread bore manifold to square bore adapter plate, so I used that.
Some needed a riser at the air cleaner for some reason.
I didn't.
Also mocking up the Fuel Command Center.
Decided to mount it to the firewall.

Tell me more about this. Electric fuel pump required? What do you have to buy other than the fitech kit. Pm me total cost of this install if you don't mind. Thank you. Very nice work there.

Re: Lost My 65

Outside I want to keep my truck worry free of scratches and dings. Inexpensive paint - metal protected.
My main goal is a mechanically dependable and safe truck that can be used as a truck.

Got most everything for the FiTech hooked up but the O2 Sensor and Russell Line and Fittings.
Hopefully fire it up Monday afternoon.

Re: Lost My 65

Had a little time today, so I hooked up the bung and O2 Sensor. I went ahead and used their clamp on method. I cleaned the surface really good. We'll see how it works.
I saved the fuel line from the FCC to the TBI for last.

Re: Lost My 65

I didn't expect it to fire up on first try.
But bam! Barely cranked over and it fired up beautifully.
No hesitation. No hiccup. Ran it for a solid 20 mins.
Revved it up, let it drop back down three or four times.
Shut it down. Started it back up a couple times.
Not a glitch.
I won't be able to take it for a spin around the block for a couple days. Need to replace the idler arm.

Ran around the block.
Great throttle response.
No hesitation, or bogg.
.
Going to see about getting the slight vibration in the driveshaft taken care of this week.
