TCS wires tied into harness gutter...Red, pink, and green/white wire mod. for the electric fan and water pump by M&H

There is 3/4" space between frame and core support for mount

Don't forget to install the emblem before you put the fender on the truck

Re: PO has me PO'd

Well, I uncrated it this morning...sweeeeet! Top was as you said it was. Nice to buy from a man of his word, gotta admit, I was nervous sending money, but after talking to you numerous times my gut said go for it

Nice packaging, very well done! No damage in transit. Thanks for marking those 2 bolts, would've never found them

Anyone doing business with Jurassic-1 in the future, rest assured, he will not do you wrong

Re: PO has me PO'd

If I hear what your saying...the pass. side widnshield frame up top is to far away?

Is that what you meant by 'longer'?

If you pull back the firewall just a small amount, it would translate into a fair bit of change at the top of the windshield frame.

Simply pulling the windshield back isn't the answer till you check door opening dimension's.

Gesh, maybe I should have bolted my hardtop on 3 years ago like everyone said to do

I may try the comealong idea, see what happens

Re: PO has me PO'd

What about just filling the hardtop gap with this....

Billy Mays wouldn't agree to sell it unless it was good.

Well, that certainly is a thought, but before I do that, I was going to hook up a winch to the front bumper and a winch to the back bumper, and put a tree in the middle. Pulling perpendicular may nudge it into shape...I only need 1"

Sorry, for got to add the happy face

Well, yes and no, I like you hate to work around braces, but I like to have the shop lights shine down on my work so I can see what I'm doing. So, I take lots and lots of measurements, no top in my way and no braces to get tangled up and bang my elbow or head on

Meant to send you a PM, but since I have your ear, how are you making out with the floorboards? Personally, I would get rid of the torsion boxes, or whatever their called these days, makes it much easier to weld up the bottom seam, and seam seal your work. Tri-Pro makes some real nice repops

I got some new ones coming from Nathan at Porterbuilt. They will be here tomorrow. Everything seems to be lining up better, but there are a few little snags that i ran into today, like someone welded the old rocker boxes to the cab! And im not so sure if they are in the correct location!!!! So now I get the joy of grinding those welds off.

Great, glad your making progress...that someone was the PO My PO sandwiched 1/8" plate top and bottom of the oringinal floor, then proceeded to fibreglass it in. When I cut it out with the cut off wheel I would have sparks, fire, heavy smoke, and drips of molten plastic I had to dodge. Did you ever get hot molten plastic on your bare skin?

Post up picks on your progress and let me know where they are...Whats that Porterbilt guy like?

Post up pics and we'll tell you if they are in the right location

Re: PO has me PO'd

SNAFU----averted, close call!!! I found out that if you hang 200 pounds of sh!t from the drip rail, it will suck the top right down

-Greg, thanks for the idea, but I still had some leftover from the PO. He had it stuffed into a crossbrace under the bed, worked great as you can see, but the rest of the metal rusted out.LOL

Found a better product, you can machine it, drill and tap it, and it really sticks to anything
