Re: How about some pics of 69-72 Blazers and Jimmys.

My uncle drove down there from pheonix to check it out, he was supposed to send me more pics and info for me to decide if it was the right one. I didn't hear from him so I called him to find out they were driving it home. He said it is a rock solid beauty and couldn't be passed on. Should be here tomorrow or Friday. I cant wait to dig in and give it my own personal touch.

Hey madtrucker your blazer looks great! maybe we will see each other around this summer, as I am just south of you in Ohio. I just purchased my blazer as well but out of south Dakota. It sticks out like a sore thumb right now, but it will be fixed up in time. Right now its just waiting for all of this dam n snow to stop

Looks nice and solid. Come check out the Woodward dream cruise, or many other shows up here. Unfortunately not many places to wheel around here, but I built a tj for the trails up north. If you ever get up this way let me know.

That is sharp! Is that synergy green? Hard to tell on a cloudy day. One of the reasons I wanted one so bad is that I never see them here in MI. I wouldn't mind running into this one though.

Yes that is synergy green. A couple years ago, I decide to get a convertable 4x4. And yes, don't see many in Michigan, and hard to find in this part of the country. Maybe see you at the dream cruise, or the metro cruise!

Jim, good looking Blazer. I need to ask about the darkened side marker and rear lights. How did you accomplish that or did you buy them?

It's called nightshades. Comes in a rattle can. You can get it at about any auto store. You can put it on, light as you want, or dark as you want. And the lights still work, just don't put it on too heavy.

Woo Hoo!!! Warm enough here to ride around topless again.
It seems to drive better now, with the wind noise blocking out the little rattles & squeeks

Another shot of the 6 cylinder Blazer. The bug really has me right now and I think I'm going to convert it to 2wd.

Do it!!! Leave everything else the way it is, except maybe the mirrors. It would look awesome. I know I would.

Drop spindles plus Ridetech Air in front with Strong arms upper and lower a arms. The front was done a long time ago but plans were to put a dropmember in it. Notched in the back with a triangulated 4 link set up to lay frame on a 32" tall tire in back. Now I do not have time to finish it and I need room in the garage. For Sale.
