Cool! The 59 parked next to mine is the truck I cruised down with, awesome truck. Sexual Chocolate looks so much better in person.

Re: Extreme Powder Coating '65 C-10 Shop Truck
no not metal filler... not Lab Metal.... it is a fairly new product from Denmark. It is a two part epoxy that applies like JB Weld and has to be baked for curing. The product sands out like regular body filler. We are using it for our own R & D and has been fairly easy so far to work with. Stay Tuned waiting for the new powdercoatable seam sealer to show up.

I had mixed results with other fillers and powder, but the seam sealer sounds interesting, too.

Re: Extreme Powder Coating '65 C-10 Shop Truck
This truck is going to be a great calling card for your business. You guys do extremely nice work!
Man, "Sexual Chocolate" is one beautiful truck. It's funny how colors come and go. Back in the late '80s, everyone wanted to paint everything monochromatic and seafoam green was the hot color. The '90s was big on no graphics, 2-stage paints, and purple colors. The 2000s saw metallics make a big comeback, and every type of orange you could imagine. Now, the trend is to go to solid colors that are easy on the eye. I love the brown color on that truck. If you would have asked me 10 years ago, I would have said no way. Maybe I'm just getting older..........

We have kinda been at a stand still working on the new powdercoat bondo process. Hopefully we can put a heavy powder primer coat on tomorrow and coat the rest of the cab this week.
