No drama here but I think my wife is hot
I think I'd rather watch another car fixing show. I'm kinda digging Fast & Loud right now.

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Nice ass truck to begin with but I have a question if you don't mind. What is the overall width of the rearend you're throwing under it to make your wheels fit right up on the bedside? Of course you'll have to tell the backspacing on the wheels too. I just sent my rearend to get narrowed and I'm hoping they will fit right on the edge.

Eric, what are you using on the square tubing for your bed to keep it in place? It doesn't appear that you welding them together. Thanks

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer

Well the truck is off to paint. I am now onto the cab. I am starting to wire the cab and shave the firewall. I will be placing a direct sheet metal fire wall on this truck. I will also be mounting the master cylinder directly to the firewall. I have mocked up the gauges and will be mounting the pedals this week. I am also building my two boys pedal cars. I am building the 40 ford truck for my 6 month old. Should have her done i a few weeks

Well because the the truck is already painted the frame has to be bolt in. So I used stainless hardware to bolt the tubing to the bed sides. I welded tabs to the 1 inch box tubing the tans were pre drilled and i slid the bolts through the box tubbing and bolted it all together.
