Re: 61K10 build
A little info about my power steering gear box. anybody doing this swap on a closed knuckle dana 44, don't mess with a stock box. the steering is way to lite(no road feel) Red Top in Washington state can build a box with different valving that will give some road feel, so they say. will post up as i will be doing this in the future. remodeling one of my bathrooms so it will be down the road a little.

Re: 61K10 build
Matt i will be getting a red top down the road. I will have 2 then. a stock one and a re-built AGR which is not worth the money. I got it from summit and it might have been a return as i had to hit it with a BFH to get it to work. Hows the TT running?

Re: 61K10 build
No, it came with the cable. when i do my ft axle just might put in a locker. No way this tk would stay stuck if there is a tree or anchor close.

Re: 61K10 build
front spring pin
http://www.dansclassic.com/products....dnum=24&pg=236 2nd row from bottom right side - no picture front spring bushing http://www.dansclassic.com/products....dnum=24&pg=235 bottom row, middle - no picture looks like you got the frt shackle kit from LMC for 39.95 Like I said there is a great variance in pricing Dan's seems to have a good listing but their search mechanism is poop. one just has to learn how to find things there ron |

Re: 61K10 build
Wow, I wish I had known about that place when I was building my truck. I might have stuck with the original springs and hangers with bronze bushings that cheap. Oh well!

Re: 61K10 build
I think i have all my parts for the front axle gear change. also 4 new jack stands taller than my reg ones, and a new china 12t press. going to change all my wheel studs for longer ones. Hope the press will help, as the back axles are maybe gonna need some heat also.
happy Halloween----------and the build never ends-------

Re: 61K10 build
That press will work fine on wheel studs and the like. I even used mine to remove leaf spring bushings. No problem.
