Now you get to go to shows and listen to people tell you "I had/have or my Uncle/Grandad/Neighbor had/has one JUST EXACTLY like it, but it's a green 3/4 ton longbed with steel wheels, snow tires and a brush guard and the rust isn't too bad, just needs a new cab and bed".

Hey man just so I don't pick a color to close to yours, what is your color? I just found a Frosted Glass Metallic by ford, and was thinking it looked similar to your color but can't tell for sure from photos. Just don't want to step on your toes!
Thanks man, Calvin

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread (CLOUD 9)
Hey Mike, you don't have two months to get all that work done. I think somewhere in these pages you said something about being "done" by page 250. That only leaves you 7 pages, heck you burn up 2 pages a day. Just kidding, truck looks great and I don't blame you a bit for wanting to stare at it all day. Hope everything goes together smooth...Jim

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread (CLOUD 9)
I took a buddy for a ride in my truck once, we were getting Chinese food and in the line I was explaining the "I had one of those" phenomenon...right as I finish a lady comes up to me and gives the whole story, ver-batim as if she was listening but she didn't have a clue. He was laughing so hard I had to excuse him. It was awesome.

Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread (CLOUD 9)
I have that very same harness in my truck and I also love it! It is very easy to use. Solder your connections on it and you will never have to look at the harness again. Im planning on totally removing the circuits that I will never use (including the plugs in the fuse box) so that I can replace them if I need them in the future. I dislike having loose wires hanging around and seems like a fire hazard to me. I got the AC harness also as I am going to be running factory air but I need the courtesy lights yet. Where are you planning on putting them, under the dash? Oh and one other thing, I know this sounds ridiculous but if you cut off the ends of the wiring (and only if you are planning on throwing them away instead of keeping them yourself) could I buy it from you possibly? The reason I say is because I cut some wires (I think, I need to check) that I threw away and now I need some and cannot find any wiring to match it. If you are planning on keeping it laying around though don't mind me haha
