I think I might order one of the showwheels and see how it mounts up in the back. Worst case I'm out $200.

Thanks for all the help. Your truck looks awesome! Everything is spot on!
Thanks! Sounds like you have good parts en route. I miss my DM Blazer... Maybe try a Percy's Wheel-Rite tool- they're expensive for what you get, but there will be no question what BS you need...

They do- plenty of clearance for turning/tucking

Nice build, doing the same stuff I'll be doing to my '65 once I finish my son's '82. I hope to go up to GG's lonestar in October, maybe I can get to meet you.

Don't think we'll make fall unfortunately, but spring is a good possibility

Yeah Showheels should take a look at what he did to those wheels and produce them in the same way. They would sell a hell of a lot more of them. I would have bought them instead of my Coys if they would have looked like this. Definitely give you props for taking brand new wheels and having the know how and fearlessness to modify them. I would have never thought to do that or even had the balls to do it.

Thanks! Casting them without the script on the spokes would help them a lot more, too...

Haha- bravery and stupidity are closely related I'm just glad the Streeters turned out somewhere close to what I expected them to look like. I do like the shape of the spokes better than the Coy's, but the major factor to me was the price; Coy's have gone WAY up since I last bought them...

Put the ol' girl to work today... Working logistics on a cheap, but effective brake upgrade. Details to come as I piece it together.
