That CPP Trac-bar was designed to solve the issues the factory equipment had, you shouldn't have any of that.
The factory bar was short which is an inherent flaw because as the suspension flexed it would push the axle out of alignment.
The CPP redesign utilizes a longer bar which minimizes side to side movement as the suspension flexes which keeps the axle in alignment.
Just sit it on the ground and dial it in and you are all set.

Thanks Brian! We will do final adjustment this evening! Looks like it's a great job in engineering! Yes it's the CPP design. I think I originally said POL. I was considering to get a rear Sway Bar, but I was told it's not as important as the front one. What's your thoughts?

While it is true that you will notice a huge difference in handling from installing a front sway bar you will notice a marked improvement in handling by installing the rear sway bar as well.
The rear sway bar will further minimize body roll and keep your tires firmly and equally planted on the ground.

Looks nice man

Fire isn't cool, but I do like the new look of the engine with the finned covers

Need some night time pics of those gauges lit up too

Thank you Chris! Some people won't ever know the time and energy you spent walking me through that wiring! I can't thank you enough. I hope you don't mind if I have a few more questions for you in the next few days? You guys rock!

I know bro! The fire took the wind out of my sails for a minute. Took me awhile to recovery. But thank Gid the damage was more cosmetic! I truly believe that the new look gave it more balance. 10 years in the making. I still have a few more things to finish up. But to have it moving on it's own accord, for the first time on it's own accord! It's a great feeling one that I have never experienced!

Congrats on moving that bad boy under it's own power! You're a few steps ahead of me in your build - our trucks are actually pretty similar (paint color, engine color, etc), but mine is a stepside. You'll get to enjoy most of the summer and win some trophies at a few car shows! Don't forget to take some videos of how she sounds and post'em up after you get the pipes put on!

Sure thing! I just have to figure out how to download a video. I see you have great taste! As a kid, the stepside was my favorite. I go to Arksnsas on occasion. Bd cool to get a picture together!

Cut the vent holes for the AC Unit! Re-installed the seats. Still got some touch up assembly to do! Home stretch!
