Well this project now has a deadline, my oldest son got engaged two weeks ago and my new daughter asked if they can leave the wedding in the truck, she's a keeper

Wedding is July 30th so I better get busy.

Too cool! Looks like you're making nice progress so far, so hopefully the deadline won't be an issue. I'm thankful we were able to use my truck in our wedding.

I haven't cut and buffed in a long long time. Using 3M products has been a pleasure.

I use 1500, 3000 & 5000 grit, it was pretty amazing.

This is after 5000, freaking shines

After 3 types of polish, smooth as glass:

Man there is a lot of bolts in this bed and I'm not done yet, need to drill bolts at the edge of the bed and tubs.

So once you're all done with the bed whats your plan for getting it back on the frame without damaging any of the awesome work you've done? 4-man lift, or some bed-lifting contraption?

It's sitting on the frame now, I use the lift to raise and lower it to get to the under side.
