Thank you, I was trying to keep it low profile and not "show off" the tips.
Let me know if you need any more pics.

Re: Shawno72's long overdue 68 daily driver build thread
In a honesty it took longer to open the package and read the instructions than it took to install them.

Re: Shawno72's long overdue 68 daily driver build thread
I just wonder how they do when reversing 45 degrees out of a spot then stopping with the window down suddenly realizing it had rained that afternoon and all the water was on the cabs drip rail and wham you have a tropical waterfall for a driver side window. but hey that's us none vent shade boys problems

Re: Shawno72's long overdue 68 daily driver build thread
Hey Shawn. I was thinking about picking up a set of these a while back when I saw that they are still in production but the online instructions showed them as being screw-ons instead of using the clips. Could you confirm how they attach?

Re: Shawno72's long overdue 68 daily driver build thread
I wonedered that as well but the online instructions are like an updated or partial version. These are attached by clips that go up into the window chanel and can be removed easily. There is no drilling or damage to the vehicle what so ever. I have enough holes in my doors so I definately would not be adding any more

Re: Shawno72's long overdue 68 daily driver build thread
Cool thanks for the info. Yeah, I saw the instructions on the manufacturers site and the drawing looked like the shade had a tab at each end with screw holes. I was like, nah, I don't want to go drilling holes just to install these.
BTW: Are they green on the underside like the old ones or polished or what? |

The ventshades look great. I've looked at them many a time but wasn't sure if they might be too much, but they pop!
You're stylin' now

Re: Shawno72's long overdue 68 daily driver build thread
It's funny right after I put them on I wasn't sure I liked them. Then I drove the truck home and it was just enough to block the sun and I was like bam these are great They are almost unoticable but once you do its like hey those are cool.
