If an image is part of the quote, you can remove the image code from the quote so we don't have to see the picture over and over. Just make sure you don't remove the quotation brackets or it won't show up as a quote in your reply. If you're not sure if you're doing it right, you can always hit "Preview" before sending the message.

Love it!!! Wish I could have found one like this when I was looking for mine. Something about two-tones. Can't beat'em. Excellent tire and wheel combination too!!

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Howdy. The first pic is a truck I sold about 10 years ago. I showed it in the Portland, OR area for about 4 years. I bought it 4 years earlier, replaced the motor, trans, rear end. The other pics are my new project. Picked this up about 2 months ago. I've started a build thread on this site, but thought I'd toss out a few pics here. I have a lot of plans. The motor/trans are currently out, waiting in the garage for some TLC. I will lower it as soon as they are back in. Also will be going with some shorter tires. So far, having a blast working on this.

Well a little update on the truck. My uncle passed away last Saturday night. And aunt sherry didn't have all the money for burial,I told her to give him a nice burial and i would help with the expense. In exchange for the truck. so it is mine now. started to back out of the deal but this came up and i didn't want a cheap funeral for him or the family.

Don't think I'm rick because I just barely get by month to month but it was the leaset i could do.I 'll be paid back in time .I loved him like a big brouther and he knew it and the feeling was mutual.so i did want had to be done.

The truck will be home next week after it quits raining here .

I really wish it was as fast as it looks! I got smoked by a Camry a couple days ago. Contemplating if I should rebuild the 377 or go back to the 400.

Whats the advantages? From my understanding a big block just includes more components then the small block.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Big blocks rule if everything is set up right, gas mileage is not good but if you wanna put one in these trucks who is thinking about that. I think a major advantage is you would be waving bye bye to a camry.
