Either way, for sale posts aren't allowed here unless you're a registered member. So just a heads up, your post will probably be edited or removed.

Someone needs spindles up front, holy camber batman!

Nah that's not allowed either, and I wouldn't try to find ways around it. The moderators here work hard enough as it is. I would just pay the 25 bucks to subscribe. It's worth the money for all the information you get here.

I don't know about right here specifically, but you will be allowed to list it in the for sale section so everyone can see it. And it will stay there.

Click that to subscribe. Make sure you choose supporter and not vendor. One year for 25 bucks. It's a great deal.

Re: How about some pictures of '73-'87 short beds

as u know its a 74, it has air ride suspension the frame is c notched, its tubbed, has a 500ci caddy motor, 30 gal fuel cell, weld pro stars fronts are 235/60/15, rears 275/60/15. if you look close enough at the 3rd pic, u can see where my exhaust exits from the side of the bed. thats about it for now.

How's the ride on it? rough or ok? Any problems with turning and tire rub?

I love the stance of it, cheap and easy drop I think.

Re: How about some pictures of '73-'87 short beds

No tire rub at all.It has a good ride to it,considering how low it sits.Going Monday for a front alingment.Sure does take a curve alot better now.

Reinforces my theory that there are no stock trucks in Texas.

No fair - now it's in Texas.

If I were betting, I'd lay money that yours won't stay stock for too much longer. I can see the gearhead in you when I look at pics of that sweet Vette.

Re: How about some pictures of '73-'87 short beds

Here's a video of me running through 1st and 2nd gear short shifting at 6k rpm. I didn't want to go any higher until I get a tune and I know for sure it's making power up there. I was on a dirty gritty road so hardly no traction at first but normally those tires hook really good. This would be roughly a 1/8 mile run. I got out of it at the beginning of 3rd gear. Enjoy!
