^Love it! There's a guy I work with who has one the same color combo; it's really grown on me. And the chrome rallies look great!

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II
Thanks guys. I am a big fan of almost all the 2-Tone paint schemes on these 88-98s.. they have the old-school look ... but on a newer model truck!
I was thinking of going buckets/console.. and I even found some correct blue cloth bucket seats at the JY... but I couldn't come around to $pending more $$ to get them recovered in the right color. |

That's a nice 89. I had an 88 GMC shorty I really liked. Your chromed rallys are a nice touch too.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II
Diggin' that crew dually. That tailgate with the firebird tails looks pretty wicked too. How much of a body drop does that red truck of yours have? Nice tailgate idea for it, by the way.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II
Thanks! Hopefully that's on the chopping block next. The tailgate on my red truck will actually be the taillight. And no body drop yet. Just laying frame..
And the complementary custom 67 front end for the 94. Very rough ATM Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II
I definitely like the look of it. It's different, but it's pretty damn neat.
That custom '67 clip for your '94 is badass.

But, it's better to be different. To know what you drive is gonna stick out like a sore thumb.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II
New to the site, I found this forum looking up Sport truck RPO Codes and odd and ends about them. I have a 91 K1500 Sport. 4.3 with a 5spd. The first picture is before I got into a read ender. Luckily it was a friend so we kept it on the DL to avoid R-Titles and all that mess. I have since took it to a shop to pull the frame, just have to move the bed over and pop out a few dents. Did more damage to my buddys Ranger. It totaled his truck. Just hard to do work being a college student and having little time to work on it and a dad who lives an hour away. I live my grandparents. I have also put all new clear chrome parklights, corner lights, and halo headlights. Will get a picture of the front end when I can.

This is my 1994 Silverado Ext. Cab Shortbed. I would like to add some modern touches to it, just some stuff to make it look a little nicer.

Clean looking truck. You don't see many around that have those ground effects still intact.
Also from down the turnpike! Make sure and check out the Oklahoma section. |

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II
My semi new ride. Been meaning to post pics for a couple weeks but been busy. Its nothing to brag about but for a midwest truck its in dang good shape. Also included a pic of the S-Blazer I bought for $900, got totaled and insurance paid almost $3000 for so I could buy a better truck.
