Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
When you lowered the front of the frame horns did you run into any problems by cuttin it behind the lower radiator support? I'm trying to figure that out on mine right now but I noticed most people cut in front of it. I tore my truck apart over a year ago and I don't remember how everything goes together. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Well... I've already done 99% of the work to do it this way. I will post pictures when I get home of how I did mine. I ended up cutting in front of the support and lowering the whole Radiator support. Hopefully I won't run into too many problems. I didn't want to use a custom radiator. Hopefully I didn't screw myself but I'm fairly sure that I can fix or work around whatever I did. I will post a picture and hopefully someone can point out if I need to change anything. I appreciate the advice but I've already Z'd the frame and pancaked my crossmember and cupped the LCAs plus I don't have the cash for the crossmember, I know they are nice and honestly if I had to do it all over again I would probably buy one but it's too late now.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Here are the pictures. I still have to finish it up but this is what I came up with. I know I will have to move the steering box a little forward but when I did my Z I moved everything up an inch so that shouldn't be too much of an issue. Basically I cut right in front of the support and lowered the radiator support down. Then I made some pieces for the bottom in order to keep the crossmember in one piece. Hopefully this all works out all right.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
The tanks on the rad will hit the frame I am sure it will not fit. I would just buy an new radiator that is narrow. I can get you one from american past times for about 180
