Re: Project 78 High Sierra
Interesting...So its really weird...When frozen cold it idles at 500, fast idle at 1000 but when slightly warmer it idles at 900 and fast idle is at 1300.....IM going to raise it to 1600 and call it a day as i have no clue whats going on but it doesnt seem like it will go futher...Someone mentioned something about some arm i can adjust on the passenger side but im not sure

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
I think those might go under the radiator core support.

Under the bottom of what? The Cab mounts already have the Cone shaped bottom connectors

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
Just bought some Modular connectors to use to re-wire the cluster all together...Tired of this copper piece moving and touching each other....Im going to solder wires directly to the copper ends and then hot glue it all in place to hold it solid....Then take the other end and wire it into the male connector
Should be what im up to next weekend if they arrive

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
^^ I'm pretty sure, especially if you bought the whole body kit, and not just the cab bushings.

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
Well got to work on the truck real quick and have it starting up much better...The choke was opening up to quickly so i turned it back a notch and it started after 2 tries...Im pretty sure it would of been 1 try but i was trying to hit the gas and caused it to stall now im just working on the high idle rpm and i think it will be as good as gold

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
Your ability to figure out how something works and then repair it is really impressive, and thats no BS.

Re: Project 78 High Sierra
O and success of start up.....I adjusted the High RPM a little too much as when it starts to warm up it hits 2000 RPMs again but if i pump the gas a few times then start the truck and slightly hold my foot on the gas for a sec she doesnt stall out Woot
