Nada, still waiting on the painter. He said he painted the underside and the rest was supposed to get color this weekend but it still needs clear and then they have to wait for it to shrink and polish and buff the entire thing. Hopefully next week or so but I've said that a million times haha. I'll post up the pics when she's on, dont worry

Don't you just love how the classics take a back seat to all the insurance work? That's why I didn't enjoy working at a body shop as much as I thought I would. Although, if the work is good, I bet you're fine with waiting for it instead of having it rushed and turn out bad.

Well the thing with this shop is the guy mainly paints race cars so he gets 911 calls all the time saying "We need this car done to take to the track this weekend" so he has to drop everything else and get the emergency cars done and my bed keeps getting pushed back. He does great work and he hooked me up on price so I'm willing be a little more patient then usual but its still getting old. He knocked the cab/front wrap out in a month and he's had the bed for 3 months, guess that's just how it goes

Thank you sir. I am extremely pleased with it so far. I think when I add the Cheyenne side trim it'll really complete the look I'm going for.

Thank you sir, I love my wheel choice. My dad told me wheels are what will set my truck apart from other trucks. I'm glad I stepped up and bought the wheels I really wanted instead of settling for rallies.

So the truck is up here finally, my mom and dad hauled it up here Friday night for me. Since its been here I've put the interior back together, reset my odometer to 0 thanks to Geoff's how to thread, and partially installed the vent windows. I haven't had the time to take too many pictures due to the end of my fall break and all the school work I've had but I promise a lot of pictures by the end of the week. I have a few on my phone I'll post up so let me know what you guys think.

Re: 72 Cheyenne Super Plain Jane

The gaps still need some work. I think I have the rubber bushing under the core support upside down which will bring down the nose and even out the door to fender gap. My hood hinges make my hood fit like crap so a set of fesler billet hinges are gonna be ordered in the near future
