Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
How long is the back door the same as a normal door panel, which I think is 39.5? or a normal surburban which is?

The back door on the crew cab is the same as the third door Suburban door and has a Subuurban rear door panel on it.

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
I got the new seat covers installed on the seats but need to redo the blue on the doors. I plan on being in Pleasanton this weekend for the car show.

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
I took the truck to the show in Pleasanton today, lots of questions. I think I could have sold it a few times. I also got the new tonneau cover installed on Friday, it took about 10 minutes total to get it installed and I never did find the directions.

Does this truck have 2 vins? I saw one earlier which looked to be in the front and one in the rear.

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
Do you mind giving up the paint codes for the Blue and White. I'm getting near to squirting color on my Blazer project. I've looked at Metalic Med.Montana Blue but would like something a little darker to compare. I would appriciate it. DP

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
The blue is a 2006 Dodge blue from a truak and the white is the off white color for our trucks I believe. I can look up the codes if you want.

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
It is a Sherwin Williams paint code number 62221. It was on the full size Dodge truck, not sure about the Durango

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
I think that steering wheel is off of 88-91 chevy trucks.

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
It is out of a 1991 Suburban, the same one that gave its life for the engine, transmission, transfer case, wiring, gas tank and axles for this build.

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!
So I am using a 91 suburban power train for my 70 Suburban. (350/4L80E/241) I wanted to know what you did for your exhaust routing. Also, what did you do to re-use your column? I was thinking of coming over my t-case and then coming into a single exhaust. And for my column, I was planning on finding a 4 speed detent plate.
