Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Burbans!

Here is mine 1970. I have had the suburban for about 3 years now. I changed it over to a 68 front nose, disk brakes. I changed the engine out to a 5.7 with a 700r4. It’s still a work in progress!! Either I finish, or I'm going to end up having it up for sale

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Burbans!

Very cool! I have the Chevy version except with a V-8.
Mines mostly original as well, I prefer them that way personally.

What's your plans?

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Burbans!

Have had her 10 years, Hopefully will get the body and paint done this summer. She still has the original paint. Along with two of the original T-3 headlights and original everything else except wheels and fuel pump. 116 k org miles. She was built in Baltimore, and lived in San Diego until 1996 when original owner moved to Philadelphia, I got her in 2000 I plan on either rebuilding my Rockwell transfer case or swapping it out with a 205. I have a sm465 and a 205 out of a 78 K-15 p/u. Also have a nice 72 Z-28 350 motor and a 3/4 ton dana 44 front and a corp FF 14 bolt for rear. But I am still thinking about keeping her original. The only other thing she needs is new window and door weatherstripping.
