Here is my 85. Had it for 14 years and it has sat since 06. Time to get her back out.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
It need inner and outer rockers, a small patch on the drivers 1/4 behind the wheel, heads rebuilt (smokes like a freight train for about ten min. after sitting a long time. I need to rebuild all the brakes. Caliper is locked up and might as well go through it.
For now I just want to get it back on the road but I think I will have the bed and rear frame blasted and maybe start to get ready for some paint. Probably back the same color as the front of the truck. I would really like to put a nice drop on it with the 295/50/15's that are on it now. I have bigger dreams for it but small steps for now. Also I need to start working on the interior. Needs a new seat cover, carpet, headliner, and maybe a dash pad. |

Nice. Light Chestnut Poly? It's a Shamrock gas station. I live in a small town just north of Dallas.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
I like those in the gray. I was looking for one around here. Actually thought about switching my interior over to gray but doubt I do it now.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Yeah, that 86 has the dark gray interior in it. It's hard to match colors if you have a problem. I need to replace the dash in it, and recover the seat, the rest is all in origional shape.
