Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Nothing happening today. Weather sucks...
We did manage to get the rear shock (yes there was only on her) removed, and pulled the track bar yesterday. Started to take the rear coils out...Broke one bolt and busted a couple of knuckles on the others. Might have to break out the blue wrench and cut off wheel for the rest.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Funny thing is that my dad still wants to buy a 1970 Mach 1 mustang again as he owned 2 of them previously. He is not into trucks, but I am. Can anyone guess where this truck might end up when he does find his mustang?

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Well, for the previous two evenings I've been dissecting, cleaning and rebuilding the monojet carb for my truck. A sticky float turned into a complete rebuild, and I believe that its cleaner than new now!!

$50 paint job The originator of this whole fad was a covair, and his site is down now I guess. I was looking for his link because he did the whole car and showed all the steps, it came out great. AGAIN, not saying I would, but....

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
All included, title change and 5 year Antique registration was $187.75. Not too bad considering my 2004 Avalanche is $87 per year.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Changed the fuel filter and spark plugs. One was a little stuck and almost couldn't get it off. Torqued on it a little too much and my leg and back are flaring up.
