Installed power steering box on the '65 daily driver. Made my own adapter plate. Just need to get new hoses and connect steering column with new u-joints and shaft. Going to install front drop springs tomorrow.

Re: What did you do to your truck today?
Started off the day with a doughnut from voodoo doughnuts I brought back from Portland. Than finished stripping the paint off the bed to get ready for epoxy primer. Need to finish the other side tomorrow.

MMMMMMM Voodoo doughnuts! I love that place. My mom lives in Portland and she brings me some every time she comes up here. I love the bacon maple bars!

Re: What did you do to your truck today?
I got what was left of the rear springs off without breaking any bolts! I tried once again to get the trailing arm bolts loose with no luck. Then it started to snow so I packed up and went inside.

Do you mean finish the other side of the bed or the other side of the donut?

Re: What did you do to your truck today?
Yesterday I picked up a few parts for the truck, namely inner fenders, loaded doors, core support, hood hinges, and battery tray.
I also got the rear bumper ready to install I painted the headlight bezels and push bar. I put them on to see how they would look. Last, but not least, I installed my hat holder

Re: What did you do to your truck today?
Started cutting up the SWB frame into a cab dolly. Took a rear cross member and welded it in the front of the frame just in front of the fire wall to stabilize it.
Ran out of cutting wheels. Should have a rolling dolly one night this week. Steven
