my 1970 gmc pickup, 350 engine, bored .040 over, aluminum 2.02 heads, high rise intake, custom engine paint, 20 inch rims. 3" front and 3" rear lowering springs, more suspension work to come!

I love this truck and its my daily driver. It rides and drives great since I completly went through the suspension and having the fuel injected TBI 350 and 700r4 trans makes it a great cruiser. I take on the highway for 3 hour drive one way very often. It cruises at 80mph with no problems. Its getting 16-18 mpg on the highway. The vintage A/C works good, and power windows are nice also. Its not much different than driving a newer truck but I get way more thumbs up from people. |
