Wayne - we sprayed the entire panel where the letters are with white paint. Next, after the white paint dried, we took some Chevrolet decal letters and put on top of the painted letters. Then we painted the entire tailgate green. Finally, after the green paint dried, we pulled off the decal letters,

Big milestone this weekend. I finally picked up the bed and installed it on the truck. I'm pretty stoked. I hope to make a ton of progress on it in the coming weeks....

Your Welcome! They make installing the air management components pretty simple. I got some more parts bolted on....503 GREEN......

Thanks! It has 8 recessed screws that attach it to the bed frame that I built (4 on top and 4 on bottom).
