I don't have all the specs, but it's a good 1 1/2" shallower than the truck pan.

I am going to be running a 5.3 in my 73 with the stock th400 trans. I will be bagging my truck in the future. I know that your truck is bagged, no problems with clearance on your truck?

I've heard that with this oil pan kit, it will be at the same height as a th400pan...from other pics I've seen the stock truck pan hangs below the stock front crossmember by 1"1/2-2".....and my crossmember sits on the ground.

i as well just went through this entire build thread.
ive gotta say youve done a hell of a lot of good work. congrats on the build,its coming along awesome. not a lot of people would be daring enough to put all that work and mney into a longbed, but in all honesty i like it. nice truck man.that lq4 is gonna be awesome!
