Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Interesting color combo for a highlander! I would expect the plaid to be grey not orange, what a interesting combo!

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Looks like this guy is selling the farm. I did a search on the link and didnt find anything. The link is two months old but the add is still running.

http://jonesboro.craigslist.org/cto/5518866456.html

Have several 1972 rigs
First is the green one. It's a 72 Super Cheyenne swb. It's a air truck. Runs and drives like a new one. Inside a 9 out of 10. Outside a 7. It's $18,000
1972 Super Cheyenne den Orange and white. 1972 cheyenne super. Rebuilt motor, all new interior, original sheet metal. Updated ac, tach, lowered 2/4 10" wide rallys with brand new tires. It's for the most part a show truck. It's 28k
1972 yellow blazer. All new inside. Factory colors. $28,500
1972 blue blazer. Not 500 miles since rebuilt. I personally have never seen one nicer. It's 35k
1972 Green and Black blazer is a CST Highlander with factory air. It's $24,500

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I don't have a hyperlink to this one, the seller deleted the original ad, and told me he's posting it up again soon (I'll post it when it's up). I looked at this truck personally (wasn't able to get inside at the time) but from the exterior it's a VERY nice original truck. ZERO rust that I can see, even surface rust. I drove to look at it with the understanding that it was "original paint" which turned out to be incorrect. So I'm passing on it. But it's a super solid truck for someone. The re-paint is peeling in a few spots. There is some light surface rust starting on the vent window frames and the mirrors. The dash pad looks nice. Steering wheel pretty nice but a crack or two. The bed has supposedly had the camper and carpet it's whole life. From the once spot I could see through the camper I believe it! I could only find one very tiny ding in the passenger bedside near the rear bumper. Looks like 147k miles on the cluster. Reportedly runs/functions great.

Located in Manteca, CA. He was asking a lower price but got tons of calls so he's now wanting $7k. But who knows... 209-815-1428 ask for Vince and tell him Tim sent you!

That guy at Jonesboro keeps 4 or five trucks and Blazers on CL all the time. They look like nice rigs.

that Tulsa truck according to SPID was white with blue interior. the colors on the truck now look like a mid 80s GM truck combo.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

that whole "restoration", including the bag phone, screams "LATE 1980's"
i think the color combo was late '70s though
