I bought the truck like that from a buddy. he built it about 10 years ago and just cut down the doors and welded it all in, one piece, I know he coulda made them still open and all just built a partial frame to support it all and used the skin in this case. but looking at it I know someone could keep the factory door hinges and just cut them out the way you like.

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

My first vehicle was a 70 Blazer, then I had a new 1976 CJ5 then I had a 72 CST Blue/White Blazer that I went to college in. I have had over 50 vehicles since then, every kind of Bronco, Jeep, Ford and Chevy truck, and I finally got another one of my all time favorite! Also a pic of my last truck I sold not quite finished.

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

Well this picture is not loading! So much for that, anyway it was a 1972 Chevy 1/2 ton longbed stepside 6" lift etc.... about 80% done when I sold it. I had too much money in it and a lot to go. Sold it for $8,500 and was happy not to lose too much. Love my new money pit though!

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

Hey all. I got one! I grew up with one my dad had. His however was a '72. Had an L88 427, TH350, 3" Rancho lift and 33" Ground Hogs. My Blazer is a '71. Looks to be stock height with 33" tires mounted on the Chevy 4/4 Rally wheels. Manual 4 speed/NP-205 with 307 engine. Came with a Best tops but no hard top. Awesome rigs here!
