Re: Restoring Rusty
It has been a long year with rusty down at da body shop since the end of March. Sorry, everyone for not keeping up with this thread, there has not been much to update… until now that ol Rusty is finally painted. I will be posting pics I have taken on my iPhone and analog point and shoot cameras.

Re: Restoring Rusty
Rusty is out of the body shop. I just need to adjust the Eddie Motorsport hood hinges I got and a new windshield. Pretty happy with how it turned out

Re: Restoring Rusty
New windshield in, I bought some wheels and tires they should come in this week. I’d like to put a QA1 coil over suspension but it is pretty expensive so I’m going to save up for that. Still haven’t adjusted the hinges but I’m happy with the paint job.

Re: Restoring Rusty
I checked out this thread because it was a 74 med olive truck. That has been my new favorite color for the past 10 years. I used to hate it lol. Your new paint doesn't look like the 74 color though. It looks more like the 76 Lime green color. It's still a sharp truck though.

Re: Restoring Rusty
Hi everyone hope everyone is well. I haven’t kept up with this thread because I’ve been busy with work, not much has been done to ol Rusty since paint and wheels back in January, and quite frankly I’m just not as cool and witty or knowledgeable as my pal Gregski. I will try to do my best and update you guys more often. I’ve been looking into buying an under the dash old time air ac system cause I wanna keep the dash trim so I will keep you guys posted. Here’s a pic I took last month
