I just got a DA sander and some sanding discs for Ole Brownie, does that count?

Re: What did you do to your truck today?

Starting removing all the old paint from the firewall. Apparently removed it while it was hanging upside down from the garage ceiling. Why do these pictures keep flipping?

Painted my other exhaust manifold.

Re: What did you do to your truck today?

Installed the oil pan I painted last week, crossing my fingers that it doesn't leak too bad. Did a dry fit of the correct size flex plate and new starter. Also ordered a few parts in the hopes of having the truck on the road before the weekend.

Re: What did you do to your truck today?

All I did to mine was move it outside and wash off all the gasoline residue from the previously leaking fuel lines. Now my garage doesn't stink like gas anymore.

Re: What did you do to your truck today?

Saturday spent the day drinking coffee, napping on the garage floor, and cleaning up the 73 3.08-1 posi that is going in my 62.

Removed the saddles and shock mounts with the torch and cleaned all that up before painting it Saturday night.

Sunday afternoon my son and I pulled the original rear-end out, removed the coils and cleaned up the mess.

Good weekend -

Re: What did you do to your truck today?

Installed NOS heater switch (and threw away jumper that had been on my dash for 6 months!) Built some speaker boxes, and got rid of excess wiring in cab.
