Caddy lights look like boo-boo. Such a dated mod.
Of course, that's just my opinion. |

I keep forgetting how times/fads change!lol.....I remember that being a BIG thing in the early 90's and really liked it then! I've just never seen it done a 'burb.

Wanted to see what it would look like in blue. So I painted it before the show this weekend.. Think I might go with it in this color..

It's good to finally see some color on that Blazer. I used to drive past that truck every day for years, when it was out here in sfv. At one point I was going to buy it when he had it for sale at Pomona Swar Meet. Nice Truck.

Re: How about some pics of 2wd Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
It's just a rattle can job for now.. Trying to figure out what color I want to go with. It's either the factory yellow or a blue like this. Kind of trying to fight painting it blue since everything else that I own is a shade of blue.. lol.. However I think I like it like this.
The reason for the rattle can is pretty much every body panel has to be replaced anyways might as well decide on a color before I spray it. The passenger side panels are REALLY bad. Drivers not as bad but going to replace them all anyways. The plus side is that the frame and the tub itself are in good shape so that is a bonus there. |

Re: How about some pics of 2wd Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
Bought my Burb in February, after the 3rd time getting rearended in my husband's PT Cruiser
She's in great shape, with little rust. Right now, I need a new motor on the driver's side window (sometimes won't go down and if it goes down,it doesn't always go back up!) And I'd like to put in a cassette am/fm stock radio so I can play my cd's the old fashioned way lol I'd like to keep it stock and not do any mods, other then what it needs.

Re: How about some pics of 2wd Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
New to the forum. I would like to say that I have seen some nice rides, and some great ideas. I have been digging around for the last month or so. Thought I should share.
Here is my new to me 89 burb I purchased late April. Here is another pic after a little personalization. |

Re: How about some pics of 2wd Blazers, Jimmy's & Burbs?
Thanks, Mr Pops. So far I swapped for rallys, and chrome front bumper. Also did a static 5/7 with air over leaf on rear.

Sweet rig, CSA. I'd love to find a clean, 2wd Sub, throw a 5/7 with a set of rallys on it and cruise it.

Here's a 78 Jimmy I traded my 59 Apache for to a fellow forum user. Excited to get started on the build!
