Re: LS1 into a 73 cheyenne

Today my Sharpe primer gun decided to take a dump right before a spray, leaked rendering the piece useless. Luckily I had a back up gun. I am debating weather to pull the trigger on a SATAjet 100BF HVLP Primer Gun w/ 2.1mm Nozzle

Re: LS1 into a 73 cheyenne

Thnkx..It would be hard to answer that as i have gone back and forth but I would say a considerable amount, since it was all built off metal with minimal bondo. And to anyone that is wondering why i didnt just knock it all out and shave it all in one large piece, instead of in sections like I have answer is Budget. budget expanded so booster was shaved, budget expanded once again so steering column was shaved, it took some time but eventually i got to where i wanted to be with it.

Re: LS1 into a 73 cheyenne

got bit further with the firewall. i welded the inside and added a piece of flat bar for added strength, without adding unnecessary weight. Know we have a strong wall with zero play or woble, i was pushing on it hard and it didnt now show any signs of movement or flex, this should result in better steering response. i got as far as applying a first layer of fiberglass to critical areas

No offense but use your own rendering and not base it off of mine.

Re: LS1 into a 73 cheyenne

Hey bro contact Daniel Reyna at Reyna Bros Design to have him do a rendering for you.

He can make it look just like you want.

Nice build.

Re: LS1 into a 73 cheyenne

This is one possible option for the seats, themed after a 59 Corvette. I want a two tone white and blue on leather. White on the outer part and Blue in the inner are with blue tubbing on the white area and white sticihing on the blue area
