hy did you sell the dodge and whats your plans for your 71. And my neighbors just tell my mom then i get mad and thought that i should see how loud my truck would get with open headers at midnight.

Sold the Dodge to get out of debt and bought a 00 suburban so I can put more into the 71. Hah, open headers at midnight.

I called my neighbor out the other day when my other neigbor said he loved it. The neighbor that hates the truck was back pedaling.

As for the Chevy... 383 stroker, 700r4, Powdercoat/Rebuild dana 44/60, New steering joints, ujoints, axles, etc. Skyjacker suspension, bilstein shocks, powdercoat frame, body work, new interior, etc.

Stockpiling parts now.

If anyone has some ideas for suspension or brakes, I'm looking at blackbird's custom trucks for the brakes, anyone have them?

It doesn't look as nice up close, the front seats are mostly gone, vinyl doesn't stand the test of time I guess. And the paint has some big scratches from the previous owner trying to take the top off by himself.

Any 4x4 shop should know what you need, you may need to measure eye to eye on the current leafs to know which leaf would fit be its so old.
