Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer
Ok here are some pics of the parts that just came in. I got the fire wall cut out and the direct sheetmetal one mocked up. Man was that alot of work but it was fun. Also here are some pics of the chassis on the pedal car. Hope this holds you guys over.

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer
Can we get some 3/4 views of the firewall to see how you tied it in. Looks like its a rolled lip from the front.
Super cool though. |

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer
WoW! Never seen that firewall before, That is slick! I will have to check them out. Awesome progress as always, your work is inspiring.
Here is my guess on the chassis: Full Magnesium tube chassis covered in 24K goldleaf with the magnetic suspension.

Re: Tootsie build for my mother with cancer
First I want to say my thoughts and prayers are with your mom. I lost my dad a long time ago and I think about my mom Daily. I have spent the last few weeks reading through all of your amazing builds and Wow, is all I can say to sum it up. This one looks like the best yet and I can see how you feel about her with every write up and picture. Keep up the amazing work. subscribed!
If you need anymore help from San Diego, just ask. Randy
