Re: Project 67 DRGNWGN - 67 Burban!!
Nice job on the fuel fill.
Can't tell from your pics if you have a pcv or not? if not, or if its' bad then it leads to pressure buildup and it can look like it's "steaming" Also, Maybe leaking from valve covers onto the headers?

Re: Project 67 DRGNWGN - 67 Burban!!
Thanks fellas
I do have a pc valve..its brand new and runs to the front of the carb. Not sure if thats where its supposed to go...? I dont see any oil spilling out anywhere. It doesnt look like the typical "oil leaking dripping on something hot" smoke...just like foggy looking smoke sort of. I can see it in the carb too...ill try to take a pic tomorrow Posted via Mobile Device

Re: Project 67 DRGNWGN - 67 Burban!!
for anyone still following along....since i left you guys hanging forever.....thats my motor donor truck i picked up from a buddys auction. 2000 yukon xl, does have a good amount of miles (230k?). drove it up and down the road about 70 mph and it seemed decent. havent brought it home yet (need to cut a small tree down where its going to be parked) but i did order my dirty dingo slider mounts and will start collecting parts for the ls swap.
going to try and get a video of my 305 running so i can rip it out and sell it so i can power wash and paint the frame and under motor stuff.
