I went ahead and ordered a new tailgate since it's so hard to find a good one.
I ordered it from summit, free shipping and got in 3 days. I'm happy with it so far, it showed up without any dents and feels pretty heavy. I went ahead and test fit it and it shut on the first try. has anyone weighed these against an original? any way here are some pics.

I got a little work in, I installed all new body bushings just wanted to make sure everthing fit well before removing cab.
