A little progress today... i finally got my stainless steel struts mocked up and working Still need to finish weld them but no more prop rod !!!

Hard to tell with out the fenders but it looks like the hood has pretty good height to it.

The hood opens quite high...I'm not sure how much more it is over the 2 strut PB set up , or how it compares to the stock set up.

What do you have on there for wheels now? Is that a hub cap of some kind?
