Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

I just LoL'd at myself.. I was thinking what's so odd about using 4/4 to list a 4wd?

then I scrolled across the pictures, interesting tactic indeed

Creepy ad. Notwithstanding that, I did ask seller for pix of SPID sheet.

Hope the seller knows the difference between a SPID sheet and a STUD sheet!

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

That shortbox 4wd at minimum doesnt have the original cab. It has a low hump transmission tunnel

I've seen this truck in the driveway, about 20 minutes away on the other side of town.
The first day or two on Craigslist it was priced at $16k. Next time I looked it was $17.5k.
No power steering really hurts it IMO.

That's a steal! It won't last long at that price. Too bad it ain't 1500 miles closer to me.

Happy Dan, can you post a pic of your truck - or send me a link if it’s already posted somewhere?

Yes Jocko, it is THE one that you posted. Cost me more that than 14K but I am ok with that. Truck is in great shape. Just normal stuff needs to be done.

Great news - was wondering if it was that one or one I almost bought down in San Antonio even a little farther back (not nearly as nice as yours!) I have to admit, I still wish I'd bought this one! It needed a lot of TLC, but it was loaded. Maybe it's still out there waiting on our paths to cross Congrats and enjoy that beauty!!
