Today, I took out the plastic bedliner that came with her, glad to see it go too. On Wednesday I changed the alternator!

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Installed new door seals, gapped the doors, installed sill plate,
[IMG][/IMG] Installed driver and pass side door panels and hardware: [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] And more importantly, paid for my premium subscription to the board. This site has been awesome! I support things that I think are worthwhile and this was the best $25 I've spent in a long time.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Took off the cowl, pulled out the windshield washer squirters that are full of stinking paint. Found the washer pump buried up under the dash. Going to get a late model bottle and pump, install it and extend the wiring. Also, going to see if LMC or someone has better windshield washer squirters.

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Swapped the starter.....again.
Took a ride out to the lake. Took a side trip onto the powerline road only to turn around when I saw the water crossings. Not doin that mess without a buddy and a yank strap. Also found out that the Co-Op Grip Spurs work great in the muck, and for some reason I can no longer engage 4-hi. Not a big deal as long as 4-lo works, but irksome none the less. |

Re: What did you do to your truck today!
Went to the Autofair here in Charlotte to pick up a few parts.
Got some red tail light lenses from Top Banana, then picked up 4 brand new rally wheel "flat" caps for $75. They should look very good with my Corvette style rallys. Going to swap out all of the clear lenses on my truck next time I find time out of my schedule. Truck will look so much better once the tail lights and side markers look like they should. |
