Because it sounds they are just beginning to realize just how serious this could be given all your hard work, money & time. The potential lost business would be staggering really.
I read the entire thread from stem to stern........that alone took quite awhile.
If the bosses actually read it they would appreciate the gravity of the situation and not delay any longer.
I really want one of these units if this situation is resolved in a satisfactory manner. So far it's not looking so good.......again, I want this to work out!!

Your 1 o'clock was the same time as his 1 o'clock meeting ? I my be out of line in thinking
this. You my have bumped long before....

Secretary...Mister head man RG10 Has e-mailed again.
Head man....Not him again!
Secretary....What should I tell him?
Head man...I don't know...tell him tomorrow at 1.00
Secretary. You have a meeting at 1.00 about current issues.
Head man...Deal with it I cant respond to all this stuff..
Secretary....I will push him off and maybe he will give up or just piss himself.
Secretary.....You have 146 more E-mails TODAY.
Head man....Moves on to his meeting mostly stuttering with a glazed over look..

Could not help myself.....It is all in fun...Really.

Lol. No he sent me a email asking if I could call him. I emailed him back and said @ 1 est. I would. He emailed back saying ok awesome. Called said he just went into a meeting. Spoke with Rays buddy Bryce lol just had to say that Ray. Said he would let him now I called. And Bruce said he knew a little about what is going on and they are really eager to get the FiTech back cause they have a vehicle in the shop they want to test it on that is making some good power to test it on.
At this point to be honest as I emailed Ken and told him I am getting a little nervous about all of this. But if I ever get to talk with Ken I would like a new unit. If not well....

WTF??

Man why does this sound like a round around.

Hey, give me a call since I don't know I'll have meetings all day??
Gotta remember your 1 O'clock is his 11 am so you damn well knew he had meetings.

Ken or anyone at FiTech, if your reading this your starting to lose future customers with dealings like this.

Fitech,
are you reading this thread?
Did you notice the amount of views?
Did you notice that when you Google 'Fitech' this thread is the top hit?
Hmm, I think you had better treat RG10 good.
More sales depends on it. :-)

Re: 1976 Square "Simple Green"

Well finally spoke with Ken!!! Seems to be a stand up no bs guy so far. Said they will do 3 phases of testing on it. And if it is a simple fix they will fix it if not send me a new one. Man I feel a little better now. He also said he has seen all my emails even if he has not responded to them. He must have cause he said I have done more than I should have done already! Even told him I was worried that if this didn't work out that I wouldn't get my money back he said if it does not work out I will get my money back. From what I have seen on the internet I am the only one with a real issue. Sorry Ray you don't count. I believe ever how this turns out will speak volumes for FiTech good or bad. I have communicated with them as I have on this thread. So everyone knows the deal. I am just like everyone else on here and out in the world who works hard for my money and I have put faith in a company to deliver. Now is the time that all of us will see what FiTech is all about. I have found out in life that no matter how good you do 1 **** up erases all of the good. So I am giving FiTech the opportunity to test it out cause I want to know what the hell is wrong with it. Ken even aid he would tell me what is wrong with it and he would not cover anything up or say he fixed it and not even test it out. So we shall see everyone!!

I've been following your thread from the beginning,...
Any chance Ken would join the board so he could answer questions directly in this thread?
Looks like that would be good PR for his product and business.
Plus we have had a lot of "big name" companies reps, as members on this board.
He could also announce new products and help members that have issues.
Just a thought,....

I can shoot them a email and suggest. But honestly they growing so fast idk if they have time for a forum. But that would be cool if they would. But then they would have to join numbers of forums because they cover such a large platform.

Thank you. I have a good feeling about the outcome also. I am not giving up I have communicated with FiTech over email and phone and have kept them in the loop of my issues. Communication is key with all of this. I have been patient and so have they. It works both ways. I hope this helps others down the road.

O forgot don't worry about cam size and vacuum. Ken has a cuda with a bigger cam and less vacuum than I do and the FiTech works on his so... So that put a end to the big cam no vacuum BS!!

I think a lot of the concern came from other name units.
If you read in the FiTech Experiences thread, I just posted a bunch more links.
I searched keywords FiTech Vacuum. Guys aren't having issues.
One thing I noticed is both MSD and FiTech allow for selecting Cam Type.
Mild = 1
More Radical = 4

Straight from MSD.

The maximum allowable duration measured at 0.050" is 250°, with a lobe separation angle greater than 108°. With larger durations the system may not function smoothly.

FiTech does not have these limitations from what I have been told by Ken. At this point and time I will have to take his word. As he has a bigger cam than I do and is using the unit on his vehicle.
