I WAS AT PORTERBUILD THIS YEAR HE LET ME WELD SOME SCRAPMETAL AND SHOWED ME HOW HE DID IT oops sorry capslock on let me see where i kept those pics :

my first attempt at tig welding :

it looks realy bad but if you look good you'll see it at least flowed intoo the surounding metal
i think nathan never laughed as hard as when i showed him my welding , i met mr porterbuild dropmember in person and can vow for him as being a verry nice person and good for his word

i got a job again and having fun at it too

idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real

i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts

Sweet. He seems like a nice guy. Yes , I finally got to his web site. It was down for a long time. Got some shopping to do. Talked the old lady into changing the dogs name from Jetter to cooper. I hate the Yankees. Damn jetter. Go Boston. Stupid question Is english the main language in the Netherlands? Least I know where it's at now. Same as Holland, so it dutch. Got to love the internet. Give me your address and I'll zoom in on goggle earth. Go stand in the street and wave a turkey around or somthing.

my main language is dutch (it looks / sounds a bit like german )
used to work for an american firm (electronic demand publishing )wish came from texas somewhere
i allways was good in english learned it from tv and reading hot rod magazine and the like , its like a second language to me .

for some reason i allway wanted to live in the states and work on (my) cars but life/fait/ luck had other plans for me , dont think it will happen no more.

i have been on holliday in los angeles california oregon tennesee georgia and arizona and realy liked the people there people are friendly most of the time honest and helpfull

those welds look better then the ones on the flange wish prolly are factory

Put down some peel and seal from Lowes. I like the stuff. Have most my rust fixed. Still have one cab support to go. Ordered some new door rubber and a new rubber floor matt.
