although this seems to be the norm, it's still irritating none the less and can be messy for the buyer..

Re: Post your 60-66 craigslist finds

that's pretty cool, that's been awhile. Agree, I think the stock wheels really make the truck look best, especially in the 60-66 era, unless building a hot rod. I like the 17"ers myself, but locking ring rims look perfect on here too.

Re: Post your 60-66 craigslist finds

Not mine, not sure if that's a suburban removable topper on back or if its permanent. Looks like there is still a back window though. He's also selling a crazy looking suburban posted in the suburban craigslist posts.

https://reno.craigslist.org/cto/d/ma...934724122.html

Read the full description before calling. This is a one of a kind truck that has tons of custom fabrication! It has a 5.9 liter Cummins engine, an automatic transmission. It is now a 4 wheel drive! The running gear is from a dodge truck that the engine and transmission came from. It has custom heavy duty bumpers, front and rear. It runs and drives but, I think the engine has a blown head gasket. Price is firm. $6,000. Call me at 4 3 five - 5 three one - 1 1 one six. Please calls only no texts. Sold as is no warranty.

Re: Post your 60-66 craigslist finds

not mine, C20 custom camper, looks pretty nice, looks like an original seat too...89,721miles.

https://missoula.craigslist.org/cto/...934648765.html

Sweet 66 C2546 "custom camper" model pick-up... rare find in great condition. Low mileage daily driver. Great resto project as there wouldn't be much work to complete. All original factory components included. Very limited build on this model year in custom camper configuration. 283 turbo fire oil bath engine runs smooth as the day it rolled off the line. Original wheels, tires and hub caps included. All the hard to find resto parts not required as this is as stock as it gets! A Must see for serious collectors of vintage vehicles or someone looking for a stock resto project.

Diggit! Somebody go score that thing! I'd just drive and maintain, personally. Can't tell about rust from those pics, though.

I picked this up from a guy on Facebook Marketplace for $70. It needs a little work fixing drilled holes but no rust thru.
